1. Accuracy of content & disclaimer of warranties

This website, including all automated puzzle generators, mathematical worksheets, word searches, mazes, and chess tactics (collectively, the “Services”), is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for educational and entertainment purposes.

While we strive to ensure the software functions correctly, we do not guarantee that the generated puzzles, answers, or worksheets are 100% free of typographical errors, mathematical bugs, or structural inaccuracies. Use of the website and any printed materials generated by it is at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

2. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the owner of this website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors in the generated puzzles, loss of data, printing or ink costs incurred, or educational inaccuracies resulting from the use of our tools in classrooms, homes, or other settings.

3. Content filtering & third-party AI/LLM disclaimers

Our puzzle generators utilize a combination of pre-curated data, user-submitted inputs, and third-party large language models (LLMs) to create custom themed content.

Curated word lists

To the best of our knowledge, our standard, built-in word lists have been filtered to remove profane, offensive, or age-inappropriate terms. However, due to the volume of combinations, no absolute guarantee is given that all content is perfectly suited to every individual audience.

AI & LLM-generated content

For themed or custom puzzles generated dynamically in real-time via an integrated Large Language Model (LLM), the output is produced entirely by an external automated system. We do not manually pre-screen, monitor, or review these dynamically generated terms. The website is not responsible or liable for any words, themes, historical inaccuracies, or unintended connotations returned by these AI systems. Parents, educators, and supervisors are strictly encouraged to review all AI-generated puzzles prior to distributing them to children or students.

User-generated inputs

Where users manually input their own custom word lists to build puzzles, the user retains sole responsibility for that text. We do not monitor or endorse user-generated text inputs.

4. Intellectual property & takedown policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through this website infringes upon any copyright or trademark you own or control, please notify us immediately at hello@printmypuzzle.online.

To be valid and processed by us, your notification must strictly include:

• Clear identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on our site where the alleged infringing material is located.
• Sufficient official documentation or proof demonstrating your legal ownership of, or exclusive license to, the intellectual property in question.
• Your direct contact details (full name, address, telephone number, and email).

Upon receipt of a complete notice containing the required proof, we will promptly review the claim. If the claim is verified, we will disable access to or remove the infringing material. We reserve the right to deny takedown requests that lack sufficient proof of ownership or legal standing.
